MADRAC is a microfinance institution which was established in June 2005 by DACAAR with financial support from MISFA, providing financial services to the poor and vulnerable families. Having its head office in Kabul, it is operating in 19 districts of 8 provinces (Kabul, Logar, Kapisa, Parwan, Herat, Balkh, Nangarhar and Laghman provinces) through its 15 branches. It has about 17, 000 clients as of August 2009.

Job Summary:-
-
Duties & Responsibilities:•In general, perform all duties according with the manual and with instructions from the Admin account officer or Branch Manager.
•Undertake short and long trips as assigned by the Admin account officer or Branch Manager.
•Report to the Admin Account officer whenever returning from any duty or trips.
•Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in proper condition at any time as described in the manual.
•Perform other duties as instructed by the Admin Account officer or Branch Manager.
•Report any irregularities immediately to the Admin Account officer in order to ensure necessary maintenance or repair.
•Ensure that the MADRAC codes of conduct for driving is always adhered to.
•When trips are assigned, make sure proper agreement are made and followed - such as time for departure etc.
•Carry out daily checks that all tools of the vehicle are available and functioning.
•Ensure that the first aid kit of the vehicle is always available and that all medicine etc is present and valid.
•Ensure that the logbook of the vehicle is constantly kept updated.

Qualifications:Education: Primary or secondary school.
Experience: 5 years experience in driving.
Languages needed: Fluent in Dari and Pashto.
Personal qualifications necessary: Honest, Punctual, Hard working and Team worker.
